Once upon a time...

There was a little girl named Lexi, she went by Alexis most of the time but one fateful day, in the line at lunch, her entire perspective was shifted.

The boy her best friend had a crush on dubbed her “Sexy Lexi” and the nickname stuck. It caused a huge misunderstanding with her friend, thinking Lexi had encouraged this sexy identity that had captured her beaus attention. The girls didn’t talk for weeks until Lexi had missed days of school being home sick from the flu. Her sweet heartbroken friend walked over to Lexis house, with a tiny cake (baked in her easy bake oven) and the girls made up.

The nickname and perception persisted despite their friendship being mended. Living under constant unwanted perception of sexiness was a catalyst for burying pieces of her personality as she grew older. Shame and guilt were piled on despite knowing who she was at heart. The desire to fit the mould and be seen as normal ate away at her sense of self.

Lexi has always had the heart of a creative, years working in photography gave her an outlet and a way to build confidence that has led her here, to this very venture.
